Dustin Delaney

Dustin Delaney is a UPS Supervisor who works with 1+1=U to promote financial literacy knowledge. Dustin believes that there is a lack of financial literacy within the community and our young people need to have this skill in their life “toolbox”. Dustin has worked at UPS for over 20 years. Currently he is actively supporting finance and accounting for the Aircraft Maintenance district managing large budgets each month. He specializes in planning, forecasting, and reporting expenditures. Dustin holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Accounting from Sullivan University. He has completed leadership training with SOAR, a program designed for high potential employees.
